Hi, I'm Capt. John Diamond, I'm a fishing guide on Pine Island, Florida. I'd like you to join me on my native waters and spend the day fishing for some of Southwest Florida's premiere gamefish. As your fishing guide I'll take you to some of the most productive fishing grounds in Florida. From the mangrove backcountry to the Gulf of Mexico, we will cover some of Southwest Florida's' most outstanding fishing locations for snook, redfish, tarpon, trout, permit, cobia, grouper, snapper and sharks, in addition to a variety of other fish. Enjoy the timeless beauty of Florida's gulf coast, as fishing charters take place in the fishy waters of the Gulf Of Mexico, Pine Island Sound, Matlacha Pass, and Charlotte Harbor. The islands of Pine Island, Sanibel, Captiva, Cayo- Costa, and other nearby locations in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Port Charlotte, and Estero, all offer outstanding fishing opportunities, along with a rich history and unique wildlife. Let me share with you my local knowledge of the area, and my love of the waters my family and I have fished on for generations.

As a 3rd generation native of Fort Myers, Florida I grew up fishing Pine Island, Sanibel, Captiva, and its surrounding waters where I developed a real passion for fishing. You can be confident that as your fishing guide I have the experience to know what works and where the fishing is most productive at the time of your charter. Diamond Fishing Charters specialize in light tackle flats fishing and near shore Gulf fishing. I utilize both artificial's and live bait. To ensure your trip is a success, all fishing charters are customized around the individual needs of the angler and the tides on the dates wished to fish.

From fishing in the shallow backcountrys numerous potholes and mangroves for snook, redfish, and trout to fishing wrecks in the Gulf for snapper, permit, cobia,  grouper, sharks, and other game-fish, there is a fishing charter for everyone.
